Here's what happens on the call

01

A real conversation about where you're at

Cody talks to you personally and listens. You share where you're at with your health and together you figure out what to focus on.

02

One thing to try this week

Not a generic diet plan or a one-size-fits-all program. Small achievable steps: a walk, a meal prepped, a swap at the grocery store. Small enough to actually do. Big enough to build on.

03

Accountability that actually works

The next week, you return and share what happened. That weekly check-in is where the real change gets made, one step at a time, in a community that shows up.

This call is for you if...

You have something you wish was different about your health — there's always something.
You've tried habits before and couldn't make them stick.
You don't know where to start with food, movement, or both.
You want real guidance — but not a gym program or a strict regimen.

You don't need to be active, fit, or even motivated right now. You just need to show up.

Cody Carrier

NASM CPT · NASM Sport Nutrition · RAD-T Mental Health Technician · 12 Years Experience

Cody didn't start in a gym. He started in a treatment center — his first clients were freshly sober men and women with no desire to work out. Getting them to move wasn't a fitness challenge. It was a mental health intervention.

What he witnessed changed everything. The people who showed up, who moved, who started eating with intention — they healed differently. That experience shaped everything Cody has done since.

Over the next 12 years, he trained cancer patients and people with autoimmune disorders, led hundreds of group coaching sessions connecting movement to recovery, and developed a methodology proven across thousands of conversations: talk to people personally, help them find one small thing to add, and watch their lives change.

After a motor vehicle accident in 2025, Cody moved his practice fully online. The weekly call is that same methodology — now available to anyone who shows up.

Quick answers

Is this really free?

Yes. No credit card. No fee. No pitch. It's a coaching call — the value is in the call itself.

Do I need to be in shape or have experience?

No. Cody has coached people who were freshly sober, fighting cancer, and sedentary for decades. If you have a body and something you want to work on, you're exactly who this is for.

What actually happens?

You share briefly where you're at with your health. Cody helps you find one thing — one small, concrete action to try this week. No lecture, no homework you'll feel bad about not doing. Just one step.

What if I can't make it one week?

Calls happen every Thursday. Miss one, grab a spot the following week.
